2. About War Spoils

War Spoils is a physical tactical battle card game featuring fictional fantasy factions, characters, settings, artwork, stories, rules, and game materials.

Product descriptions, photographs, illustrations, card images, packaging mockups, prototypes, and promotional materials are provided to help explain the product. Final production components, artwork, colors, packaging, dimensions, and materials may vary slightly from prototypes or digital representations.

Unless otherwise stated, all characters, factions, events, and locations appearing in War Spoils are fictional.

3. Age and Eligibility

The War Spoils game is intended for players ages 13 and older.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order or provide payment information through the Website.

By placing an order, you represent that you are legally permitted to enter into the transaction.

When a delay occurs, we may provide an updated estimated fulfillment date and any cancellation or refund options required by applicable law.

A preorder is not an investment, ownership interest, or guarantee that War Spoils will release future products.

8. Kickstarter and Other Crowdfunding Campaigns

War Spoils may offer products or rewards through Kickstarter or another crowdfunding platform.

Pledges made through a crowdfunding platform are governed by the campaign page and the platform’s own terms, payment procedures, refund rules, and policies. These Website Terms do not replace the terms applicable to a pledge made through Kickstarter or another platform.

Crowdfunding involves development and fulfillment risks. Campaign timelines, component designs, packaging, and other details may change during production. Any material changes will be communicated through the applicable campaign channel when reasonably possible.

9. Pricing, Taxes, and Availability

Prices and product availability may change without notice.

Applicable sales tax, shipping charges, and other costs will be displayed during checkout when required. We reserve the right to correct typographical, pricing, or product-information errors.

Promotional offers, discounts, and limited-edition products may be modified or discontinued at any time, subject to applicable law.

Limited or numbered products are available only while supplies last. Displaying a product on the Website does not guarantee that it remains available for purchase.

10. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping dates and delivery estimates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

War Spoils is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, incorrect addresses, severe weather, labor disruptions, or other events outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges may apply when an order must be reshipped because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

Risk of loss and ownership of purchased products transfer as provided by applicable law and the terms of the carrier or transaction.
